Time to get rid of public unions

The circle of corruption, as I like to call it, has never been more evident. Follow the money, The states got billions of dollars in stimulus money to help fight this recession, but who got jobs? Union members, new state employees, which are also unions.

In return, the Democrats assured jobs would be there for the union members, Quinn promised no layoffs for two years, and more money flows to the unions by way of their still-working members. The union in turn donates millions if not billions back to the same politicians who supply more raises and more jobs to union employees whose union dues again flow back to the unions heads.

The only reason this could possibly be legal is that the politicians who have profited from this circle of corruption are the ones who make the laws. Time to get rid of public unions; they drive up our taxes, taking more and more of our money to keep this corruption going.
