Blame Obama, not Bush, for gas prices

Having watched both Fox and CNN regarding the oil crisis and the increased cost of gasoline, I am appalled at the arguments of the left wing of this nation. They are blaming the Bush administration and not the Obama administration for not having an energy policy that permits oil drilling in the United States.

With all due respect to these politically biased comments, let’s not forget that during most of the Bush administration, Congress was controlled by a Democratic majority. Their philosophy was to restrict oil drilling in the United States and offshore on the basis that it would reduce global warming.

For the left wing of this nation to try to make President Obama look innocent as to the crisis we are now experiencing is absolutely another fraud as great as the global warming fraud. Unfortunately, you do not hear that the Bush administration was basically controlled by the Democratic majority in Congress. Someone needs to make this point.

The belief that electric cars will save the world is ridiculous. I have no opposition in creating alternative sources of energy, but let the marketplace establish there is an alternate energy source that will provide the necessary energy to keep our society alive and not impact everyone’s standard of living.
