Cicero's, H3 form alliance

Cicero's Development Corp., a commercial renovation company, and H3 Global Companies Technology Practice, a provider of technology infrastructure services, today announced a strategic alliance. Financial details were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, both companies will cross-sell and promote respective services as client needs demand. From sensible green renovations for hotels and other commercial property environments to technology infrastructure services, both Cicero's and H3 will promote best practices designed to improve and streamline operational efficiency, as well as save clients money during down economic times. “In working with H3 over the past year, we have found their leadership, technology expertise and commitment to client service to be exemplary,” Cicero's Development Sam Cicero Sr., founder and president said in a statement.

H3 CEO, Reji Kothari, said joining forces with Cicero's was an easy decision, and one based on identifying synergies and areas in which both companies can deliver a tightly integrated set of services.

“During down and distressed economic times, the need to build alliances and bridges has never been greater,” Kothari said. “We look forward to partnering with Cicero's as they celebrate 40 years in the renovations business.”
