A new distinction for Mark Kirk
Now that Mark Kirk has come clean in stating that he was not the U.S. Navy "Intelligence Officer of the Year" in 1998, although he used those words on the floor of the U.S, House of Representatives in 2002, he now has the distinction of being "Dimwit of the Year."
