"I worked for a good guy," Webster said. "I mean, a really good guy. When this happened, he gave his blessing as well. He knew it would be a great opportunity. When he says, 'Tracy, you've got to go and go get it,' that gives me more strength." Webster has emphasized defensive effort in practice and the Blue Demons need to bring it against uptempo Providence. The Friars don't have great shooters, but they don't turn over the ball and they pound the offensive glass relentlessly. Sophomore forward Jamine Peterson leads the attack with 17.8 points and 10.6 rebounds per game. Can DePaul's Mac Koshwal (15.0 ppg, 11.0 rpg) outwork him?
