City reminds residents of street closures in effect for the Turkey Trot

Sponsored by the Naperville Noon Lions Club, Naperville's annual Turkey Trot will be held on Thursday, Nov. 25. Several street closures and No Parking/Tow Zones will be in effect the day of the event. The city encourages residents and visitors to pay attention to traffic control signage and watch for pedestrians throughout the race area.

The race route will be designated as a No Parking, Tow Zone from 5 to 10 a.m. The race route streets will be closed beginning at approximately 7:30 a.m. The streets will be opened by approximately 10 a.m. or when it is deemed safe by the Naperville Police Department. A color-coded map of the race route, times and locations of street closures, parking restrictions and tow-away zones is available at www.naperville.il.us/turkeytrot.aspx.
