Wolves hold off Moose

The Chicago Wolves built a 3-0 lead and held on for a 3-2 victory over the Manitoba Moose at the Allstate Arena on Sunday.

Darren Haydar, Tim Miller and Jason Krog scored for the Wolves (33-25-3-5), and goaltender Edward Pasquale made 29 saves in his first appearance since Jan. 29.

“Everybody worked hard,” said Wolves assistant coach Ron Wilson. “We’re fighting for our playoff lives right now, so every game is like a playoff game and this win is huge.”
