Supporting Rogina for STC 3rd Ward

To fellow citizens of St. Charles.

I have the honor of writing this letter of recommendation for Ray Rogina who is running for 3rd Ward Alderman. I have known and worked with Ray for more than 40 years as we were both teachers at St. Charles High School.

I cannot overstate my admiration for Ray as a teacher, a colleague, President of the St. Charles Education Association, Department Chair and good friend. Ray brings to every endeavor an incredible work ethic, an amazing problem solving mind and an enthusiasm that motivates those around him. Ray's personal characteristics and talents are exactly those needed in these troubled economic and social times. I have personal knowledge of this love and concern for this town and his commitment to preserving what is best of St. Charles while helping to lead our town to a productive future, one which provides for the safety and well-being of her citizens.

I urge you to support Ray Rogina in his bid to become one of our aldermen. He will not only do his best for the 3rd Ward, but will be a dynamic force in improving life for all of us fortunate enough to live in this town.
