Taoist Tai Chi Open House set for Feb. 12

Give yourself the gift of good health in the new year!

An open house and introductory Taoist Tai Chi classes for fitness and health will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 12 at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church, 367 S Spring Road. Wear comfortable clothes, flat shoes.

The first visit is complimentary; a fee is required for ongoing class. Once registered, students may attend as many classes as they wish in any location. Locations in the western suburbs including Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn and St Charles.
