Lakes High School track repairs
The Antioch-Lake Villa Area High School District 117 board voted unanimously Thursday to accept a $44,000 bid from Midwest Track Rebuiders to resurface the Lakes Community High School track.
The school board also unanimously agreed to seek bids to repair the Antioch Community High School baseball field, following a recommendation from the district’s facility committee. Business Manager Jennifer Nolde said the committee recommended tabling repairs at Antioch’s tennis courts.
She said the school has 12 courts, of which three or four require repairs.
