Section of Route 25 closed in E. Dundee
East Dundee’s main streets are cleared but Route 25 is closed south of Walmart due to a 6-foot snow drift, Village President Jerry Bartels said. A snow drift also forced the village to close Rock Road heading east of the village. Bartels said the village’s public works department would clear the roads in case emergency vehicles need access. “We weathered the storm fairly well and the main thoroughfares are clear,” Bartels said. “We are working on the side streets now.”
