Adult film head: I'll make Octomom's Feb. payment

LA HABRA, Calif. — The co-founder of adult film company Vivid Entertainment has offered to make "Octomom" Nadya Suleman's February mortgage payment while he considers whether to buy her La Habra home.

Steven Hirsch said Thursday that he's looking into whether it makes good business sense to pay off the $450,000 Suleman owes and assume the note.

Current note-holder Amer Haddadin says negotiations are in final stages.

Suleman has a $4,000 payment due Feb. 1 and is months overdue on a balloon payment.

She's turned down as much as $1 million to appear in a Vivid porn film.

Hirsch says the latest offer comes with no strings.

Suleman attorney Jeff Czech says she doesn't know the details of the offer and has no comment.
