Arlington Hts pub plans Super Bowl fundraiser

Somebody's Pub, located at 858 S. Arthur Ave. in Arlington Heights, is planning plenty of fun for everyone during their Super Bowl festivities on Jan. 16 and 23, and Feb. 6.

In a flag raising effort to raise money for homeless veterans, Somebody's Pub will be offering a complimentary food buffet, drink specials, raffles and a chance to win a 32-inch HDTV.

There is no cover or minimum.

Portion of proceeds donated to the United Relief Foundation Project Restoring Hope.

According to the Veterans Administration, there are 107,000 veterans homeless on any given night and about 1.5 million veterans are considered at risk of homelessness.
