Aurora Central Catholic's girls basketball squad got the balanced scoring it needed to defeat nonconference foe Mt. Assisi on Tuesday, 52-41.

Aurora Central (10-7) was led by Jackie Cardona with 16 points. Following closely behind were fellow juniors Ashley Wilk with 14 points and Katilyn Rosa with 12 points.
