English folk dance at Elgin library
On Sunday, Jan. 30, English country dancing will be performed and taught to music by Old Fezziwig’s Band at Gail Borden Public Library, 270 N. Grove Ave., Elgin.
Fermilab’s newest dance group and Old Fezziwig’s Band will present music and dance from English historical sources and more modern choreographers from 2 to 4 p.m. at the library. The program is free, but registration is requested by calling (847) 429-4690 or online at gailborden.info, under “Calendar.”
