Marmion 47, Marian Central 46: Eddie Grahovec connected on his fifth 3-pointer of the game with 9 seconds remaining to lift Marmion to a dramatic home Suburban Christian Blue victory.

Grahovec finished with 19 points to lead the Cadets (8-6, 4-0), who trailed 34-31 entering the fourth quarter. Mark Berdelle contributed 11 points while Nick Scoliere hit 5 of 6 free throws in a 7-point effort.

West Aurora 55, Glenbard North 54: Junior Juwan Starks tallied 17 points as the Blackhawks erased a 3-point halftime deficit to remain undefeated in DuPage Valley Conference action.

Jonathan Dennison and Kyler Pilmer tacked on 14 and 11 points, respectively, for West Aurora (8-4, 5-0).

The Blackhawks connected on 15 of 16 free throw attempts while the host Panthers made just 11 of 20.

Anthony Keener and Josh Fleming had 17 points apiece for Glenbard North (6-7, 2-3).

Aurora Central Catholic 70, St. Edward 59: Junior Robert DeMyers posted a game-high 23 points while Paul Kaminski chipped in with 16 as the host Chargers (7-8, 3-1) came away victorious in Suburban Christian Blue play.

Quincy 47, Geneva 42: Senior guard Dan Hince drilled three 3-pointers as part of a 19-point effort, but the visiting Vikings came up short in a non-conference contest.

Geneva (7-12) trailed 32-17 at halftime, but put together a strong third quarter to narrow the gap to 41-35.
