Obama never was or will be on our side

Without a doubt, the selection of Obama as the Democratic candidate for president, makes some of the trades carried off by the Bears and Cubs look like an intellectual masterwork. No, sorry, that is unfair to our beloved teams who regardless of the scoreboard they are always on our side. The contrast Obama brings to this team is he was never on our side. The hardest part for those who have listened to his mellifluous discourse is that you want to believe him. However historical factors, even before his election, have pointed out his tendency to comfortably distort issues. The old maxim states that you can fool some of the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you can't fool all of the people all the time. Well, Obama has reached the apex of his oratory. He will continue to reach out to the befuddled masses, who still cling to the fabrication that he is something he never was. The blatantly unfortunate factor in this little scenario is that there is no way to bring our America the Beautiful back to where it applies inside and out.
