Caller ID number is not upfront

Like most people we have received a barrage of phone and mail related to the various political campaigns. As an independent voter who is skeptical of both political parties, How can I trust Joe Walsh when his campaign workers call and use a caller ID of “Schools Public”? Seriously how do you expect my vote when you use a fictional caller ID?
