Obama clearly failing on foreign policy

I recall that in 2008, Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic presidential nominee, selected Sen. Joe Biden as his vice presidential running mate because of Biden’s “outstanding knowledge and experience in foreign policy.”

After four years of the Obama-Biden-Clinton-Rice “touch-feely foreign policy,” how is it working out?

After four years of Obama’s policies, I would have expected that in Russia, China and the whole Muslim world, we would have seen an explosion of “I love America” bumper stickers.
