Police offer reward in case of fire damage at Centennial Beach Skate Park

Naperville Crime Stoppers are offering up to a $1,000 reward for information regarding a fire at the Centennial Beach Skate Park in Naperville. At approximately 6:28 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, members of the Naperville police and fire departments responded to 608 Sindt Court in Naperville for a report of a fire. The fire to the park district equipment was quickly extinguished. No one was injured due to the incident.

The preliminary investigation revealed a portion of a skateboard platform and ramp were damaged by the fire. At this time, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.

If anyone witnessed these incidents or has any information about them or the suspect(s) involved, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at (630) 420-6006. Your information is important to Crime Stoppers and all callers may remain anonymous. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for the information that leads to an arrest in these incidents.
