How to help the people of Haiti

Ÿ American Red Cross provides housing, water, microloans, medical treatment, latrines and emergency supplies in Haiti. www.redcross.org/haiti.

Ÿ UNICEF provides clean water, health care, food, education and emergency relief in Haiti. www.unicefusa.org.

Ÿ The U.S. Agency for International Development provides economic, developmental and humanitarian assistance in Haiti. www.usaid.gov.

Ÿ Doctors Without Borders sends physicians to Haiti to help overflowing and poorly stocked hospitals. www.doctorswithoutborders.org.
