Why would Obama administration sue Arizona?

I don't understand why the governor of Arizona would be concerned that the Obama administration might sue them. If I was Arizona, I would welcome any suit from the Obama administration. I have read the bill and it is really just a means for the state of Arizona to enforce the federal laws. Arizona is doing something the federal government won't do.

The Obama administration is trying to paint the bill as racist. If they file suit, then they would have to prove the bill is racist. I don't think they will be able to prove this through a suit. I think they will blast the bill in the court of public opinion in an effort to paint the bill as racist.

Because of this I don't think the Obama administration will file suit against Arizona. Why would Obama want to expose the truth, when the lies are working for him? We need to do our part by educating our fellow citizens as we expose the Obama administration for what it really is.
