The Crusaders, who are 1-16 when playing at UIC, boast the league's top scorer in sophomore guard Brandon Wood (18.9 ppg). He's equally effective on 3-pointers (45 percent) as his drives to the hoop, and he put 30 points on North Carolina on Nov. 15. UIC, meanwhile, ranks among the nation's 20 worst teams in 2-point shooting (41.4 percent) and 3-point shooting (28.2 percent). Junior Robo Kreps has dropped to 34 percent shooting for the year, but he's streaky enough to snap out of that at any time.
