The warts-and-all documentary, directed by Tom Thurman, examines Nolte's career, life and working methods.Holocaust 'Clips'The Documentary Channel honors victims of the Holocaust with the documentary "Paper Clips," running at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6. It looks at middle-schoolers trying to collect 6 million paper clips as a memorial to those lost in the Holocaust.'Speed' killsIn honor of the late Dennis Hopper, Waste Watchers must gather to watch "Speed." Although Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock carry the romantic interest as spunky troubleshooters on a bus rigged to blow up, Hopper steals the show as the maniacal bomber philosophizing on the existential nature of explosives. Be advised, however, "Speed" starts slow at 7:07 p.m. today on Fox Movie Channel.
