Wood paces Stevenson victory

Stevenson d. Mundelein: At Half Day Forest Preserve, Brendan Wood led Stevenson to a 21-38 win over Mundelein by taking first place. Wood finished the course in 15:53. He was followed by Mundelein’s Bryce Richards, who took second place with a 16:18.

Grant d. Round Lake: Peter Audrain led Grant to a 24-35 win over Round Lake by placing first at Camp Henry Horner with a 16:44. Angel Carrera finished in second place with a 17:00.

Vernon Hills d. Lakes: Ryan Prais of Lakes won the race with a 15:56, but Vernon Hills won the meet, 22-37. Ben Mohrdieck of Vernon Hills placed second with a 16:21.
