Flu shot clinics at Arlington Hts center Sept. 27-28

The Village of Arlington Heights Health Services will be offering flu shots for seasonal influenza by appointment only on Thursday, Sept. 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 28, from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Arlington Heights Senior Center, 1801 W. Central Road.

Appointments can be made by calling (847) 253-5532.

The vaccine is injectable and approved for ages 6 months and up. There are no residency requirements. The cost for the vaccine with be $20 or is billable to Medicare for those with Medicare Part B as their primary insurance. For children under 18 years of age the cost is $10.
