Palatine Jaycees to hold community garage sale on Aug. 18

The Palatine Jaycees will hold its annual Community-Wide Garage Sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Gateway Center Garage, Smith and Colfax streets, Palatine. The Jaycees will sell refreshments, 50/50 raffle tickets and donated merchandise. Individuals wishing to donate items can drop them off at the Jaycees booth on the day of the sale. Proceeds from the vendor entry fees, the Jaycees booth and refreshments will be used to benefit the community.
