Birth certificate still not enough for some

The document recently released to assure America that our president’s right to office is legitimate still raises doubts in many minds. What was the reason why it was not released when first questioned? It would take about an hour to locate and reproduce. It seems he relished the opportunity to discredit a new contender for his office, and his response was hardly complimentary to his challenger and the concerned public. Instead of settling the matter for good, some still find items to be questioned by those qualified to locate them. Will this ever be settled?
