Hopes Honey lands in lap of luxury

There should be more people in this world like Mark Gannardo, for saving a stranded, injured and dying dog in Busse Woods. (Daily Herald, July 7).

We own a lab-golden retriever mix and they are the most loving dogs. I hope this dog, named “Honey,” makes a total recovery.

I can’t imagine the individual who left her to die. I hope “Honey” goes to a home where she will be loved and treated like a queen.
