Police: Men hold up Bartlett clerks at gunpoint
Bartlett police are investigating an armed robbery that took place at a gas station early Friday morning.
Two men, about 20 years old, entered the Circle K gas station, 123 E. Stearns Road, at about 12:30 a.m. and threated the clerks with a handgun, according to police.
The suspects forced the clerks into a bathroom and then stole cigarettes and an undetermined amount of money, police said.
Both suspects were described as black men about 5 feet 8 inches, and both had their faces partially covered by a piece of clothing.
Police announced the robbery on Monday, and said they are continuing their investigation.
