타 EQT Midstream Partners L.P. - Pittsburgh, 12.5 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Citigroup and Barclays. Proposed NYSE symbol EQM. Business: Operates a 700-mile pipeline system to transmit natural gas from the Appalachian basin.

타 Exa Corp. - Burlington, Mass. 6.3 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by Stifel Nicolaus Weisel. Proposed Nasdaq symbol EXA. Business: Provides performance simulation software for vehicle manufacturers.

타 ServiceNow Inc. - San Diego, 11.7 million shares, priced $15 to $17, managed by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed NYSE symbol NOW. Business: Provides an on-demand software platform to automate enterprise IT operations.

타 Tesaro Inc. - Waltham, Mass., 6 million shares, priced $12 to $15, managed by Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, and Leerink Swann. Proposed Nasdaq symbol TSRO. Business: Developing drugs for chemotherapy-induced nausea and solid tumors.
