Train hits man in Aurora
A pedestrian was hit by an inbound Metra train Saturday afternoon in Aurora, a Metra spokeswoman said.
The man was hit about 4:25 p.m. near 233 N. Broadway, shortly after the train left the Aurora station.
Spokeswoman Meg Reile said she knew nothing further about the man, except that he was taken to Provena Mercy Medical Center in Aurora.
His condition was not available Saturday evening.
