Ÿ Monico Garcia, 29, of the 200 block of Mayfair Drive, Aurora, was arrested and charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear a seat belt after a traffic stop at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday at Liberty Street and North Farnsworth Avenue near Aurora, according to a sheriff’s report.
