Hollande election may be good news for Poland, Rostowski says

The election of Francois Hollande may be “good news” for Poland and other new members of the European Union if it results in focusing on economic growth in the entire trading block and the euro region, Poland’s Finance Minister Jacek Rostowski said in an e-mailed statement today.

Rostowski also said he hopes that the new French government understands that the EU investments in its new member countries give the “biggest growth impulse” for the whole Europe.
