Constitution is up for grabs

According to some of the justices on the Supreme Court, the Constitution of the United States is a dead document.

The Founding Fathers could not anticipate all the progress that has been made or how small the world has become due to technology.

Some of the justices who claim they are not interpreting the Constitution basically selected a president — George W. Bush — and then said that corporations are people.

Let’s be honest, these are supposedly Constitutional scholars interpreting our Constitution — but not according to the document as it was written.

According to the judges they should not be active in interpreting the Constitution but when they become active in favor of certain philosophies then it’s perfectly fine. They interpret it the way they want it to be and, therefore, become active.
