Beach Birthday Club party

A special Beach Birthday Club party for children aged 8 and under is set for 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 20 at the Round Lake Beach Cultural & Civic Center. This indoor special birthday party is open to kids who live in the village and pledge to be good stewards of the community by keeping the village clean and being safe, a good neighbor and friend and kind to others. Carnival games, cake, ice cream, music and a performance by Magic Dave are featured. Preregistration is required. This event is a recreation of a tradition that begin in 1937 and is part of the village’s continuing 75th anniversary celebration. The Civic & Cultural Center is on Hook Drive west of Route 83.
