Indianapolis had the Super Bowl, where everyone had a great time and the city made $155 million. Chicago will have the NATO summit, where we get to watch riots, deal with ridiculous traffic, force businesses to close, pay for security, entertain heads of state who don’t have a clue about running a country, and the city will make about $15 million. Wait ... is Richard Daley still in office?
