Join Team Lombard in 'Race For The Cure'

LOMBARD, Illinois—The Susan G. Komen “Race for the Cure” is set for Sunday, Sept. 23 at Yorktown Center. Members of the Village Hall and the Lombard community are forming a team to help raise funds to support finding a cure for breast cancer.

Joining the team is easy! Visit www.komenchicago.org and click on the Lombard “Race for the Cure” box on the lower right. Follow the prompts to register and join a team. The team name is “TEAM LOMBARD.” It is in the community division based team under the company name Village of Lombard.

“We would like as many people as possible to join in the effort,” said Joelyn Kott, Communications Coordinator who is a member of the team. “Everyone is welcome to participate,” she added.
