Nominate Illinoisans of the Day at state fair

Illinoisans who make a difference in their communities could be honored during this year’s Illinois State Fair.

The Illinois State Fair Foundation is asking for nominations. The organization wants to put the spotlight on ten people to be Illinoisans of the Day at the fair this August. Winners will receive gifts and honors onstage.

Nominees must be Illinois residents. Winners will be announced July 14. The nomination deadline is June 15.
