The poor are being overtaxed

Here’s a thought for President Obama. Instead of raising tax on the rich who pay most of the taxes anyway, why not lower the tax on the poor? We pay enough already through income, state, county, property, sales and gas taxes. We even pay taxes on utilities. Government on all levels need to get spending under control, The GSA would be a great place to start.
