Some questions to ask about Obama

Can we stop referring to Obama as the “former constitutional law professor”? Hillary Clinton addressed this issue in the 2008 Democratic primary and made it clear that the best Obama could do was play a “guest lecturer” at the University of Chicago.

Many are upset with Obama’s challenge to the Supreme Court’s ability to declare his health law unconstitutional and his claim that the court should give deference to the legislature as long as a law is passed by a “strong majority” in Congress (an obvious lie on several levels). But his bigger mistake was to refer to the Supreme Court as an nonelected group of “people.”

Do we have a president that not only cannot recognize the coequal status of the Supreme Court with the Congress and the presidency but goes on to refer to those on the Court as just nonelected “people” and does not give them the respect associated with their position as justices of the Supreme Court of the United States with a lifetime appointment?

Some of those who complain about Obama’s job title exaggeration have a more basic concern. Could he release his transcript of law school grades and diploma so that we could see if he passed? Is it possible he not only lacked the background and experience to be president but was also unqualified to teach anything about the Constitution? How many young minds were polluted with his twisted view of the Constitution and Supreme Court functions? Are there any records of his lectures?
