Glory House egg hunt a big success
Glory House wishes to express its deep appreciation and sincere thanks (to people) for attending the first annual Easter egg hunt.
On Saturday morning, local Arlington Heights children embraced their baskets with much anticipation for the Easter egg hunt which began early at 11:45 a.m. With over 1,500 eggs to be found the hunt was on! Colorful candy-filled eggs filled hundreds of baskets. Following the egg hunt, cheerful laughter could be heard in the playful bounce house and over by the game stations. Over 400 prizes were won by participants. Not one child left empty-handed.
Pastor Joe Kamanda said: “Thank you for this opportunity to bless this community. We look forward to serving you and your families.” Pastor Ida Kamanda also wanted to say: “Thank you for sharing your ideas and better preparing us for next year. This was truly an honor and privilege to serve your families.” This event served approximately 250 families from the surrounding local areas: Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village and Palatine.
Glory House is a Christian-based church on the cutting edge; a place for personal growth, nurture and development; a house for the flow of God’s glory; a place where you find love, acceptance, hope, divine counsel and encouragement; and a church for all nations.
