Ribfest adds two more acts

Two new opening acts have been added to the lineup for Naperville’s Ribfest celebration that runs from June 29 through July 3 in Knoch Park near downtown.

Heartsfield will open for Joe Walsh on June 30 and Leftover Salmon will be the opening act on July 3.

Heartsfield has toured the U.S. in each decade since the 1970s with its Americana-based southern, country and folk rock music. The band released its 11th album in 2010.

Leftover Salmon labels itself as Colorado’s Polyethnic Cajun Slamgrass.

Tickets for all Ribfest entertainment are available online at ribfest.net and will be date specific.
