Benefit baggo tournament in Lake Villa

The second annual “Doggy Bags” Baggo Tournament to benefit the Northern Illinois Police K-9 Memorial is set for Saturday, April 28 in Lake Villa. The competition begins at noon at the Lake Villa VFW, 130 E. Grand Ave. The entry fee is $50 per two-person team at the door. A cash bar, 50/50 raffle, raffle prizes, food and merchandise sale are also part of the event. There will be cash prizes for first, second and third place. No children under age 12 can attend and all players must be over the age of 18. Bags and boards will be provided.
