10th Republicans debate:The Republican candidates running for U.S. Representative in the 10th Congressional District will debate at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15 at the North Shore Unitarian Church, 2100 Half Day Road, Deerfield. Candidates for the Feb. 2 primary election are Beth Coulson, Robert Dold, Dick Green, Arnie Friedman and Paul Hamann. The public is welcome to bring written questions for a moderator to pose. Singers, dancers, improvisational actors and animated character performers are being sought to perform in shows, parades and other events. Registration for singers begins at 8 a.m. and dancers at 10:30 a.m. with call backs beginning at 1 p.m. both days. Six Flags is at 542 N. Route 21, Gurnee. Use the employee entrance.
