Governor Quinn — I have the solution to the pension problem. It’s so simple even the Chicago politicians can understand and it won’t cost much.

Here it is — pick up the phone and call the Wisconsin governor. Ask what they did and copy it. It’s already been proven to work and approved by the people.

P.S. If there is a reward for this information or if you could appoint me to a committee I could use the money as I am a senior and Obama has spent all my money.
