US Foods separates roles of chair and CEO
ROSEMONT - US Foods Holding Corp., one of the largest food service distributors in the United States, said it has separated the roles of its chief executive officer and chairman of the board.
Robert M. Dutkowsky, currently US Foods' independent lead director, has been elected nonexecutive chairman. Pietro Satriano will continue as chief executive officer and a board director.
In addition, the board has elected Cheryl A. Bachelder to serve as chair of the Compensation Committee of the board and Ann E. Ziegler to serve as chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the board.
