Ÿ Someone stole an external computer hard drive between 11 a.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday from a Ford F250 truck in the 05N0-99 block of Stonebridge Lane near St. Charles, according to police.

Ÿ Gang graffiti was found spray-painted on the side of a residence in the 100 block of Mapletree Lane near Carpentersville at 12:30 a.m. Saturday, according to police.

Ÿ A patron at Old Starks Tavern, 43W478 Route 72 near Pingree Grove was struck in the head with a beer bottle in the parking lot at about 8 p.m. Tuesday, according to police. No arrests were made and the victim was treated and released from Delnor Hospital.
