No right to air hate-filled speech

Conservative talker Rush Limbaugh has again given us a look into the world of conservatives. His recent hate speech calling women who utilize contraceptives “sluts” is not just obscene, it is disgusting. He doubled down the next day demanding that any women taking contraceptives post videos online, so he, Rush could see if he is getting his money’s worth.

First, no taxpayer money is even involved in any way in insurance policies provided by employers -- none! So Rush uses fake facts as a basis for his obscene slander. The Rush show is aired on WLS radio every day in the Chicago market. If WLS does not cancel this pathetic excuse for a radio host, it is signaling to all of Chicago that WLS agrees with Rush’s hate-filled, vulgar speech. Let’s see if WLS has the guts to cancel Rush.

The airways that WLS uses to air this disgusting host are owned by us the taxpayers. There is no First Amendment right to use public airways to spew obscenities and hate speech. Rush should go to his town square and spew off there.
