Concert in Lake Forest:

The Lake Forest community-based North Suburban Symphony and music director and conductor Ron Arden will partner with the Lake Forest High School Orchestras and conductor Robert Basill in a concert on Sunday, March 18. The concert will be at 4 p.m. in the Lake Forest High School Auditorium, 1285 N. McKinley Road, Lake Forest. Featured on the program will be Tchaikovsky’s 4th Symphony, the Walzer and Elgie from Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for String Orchestra, and Ernest Bloch’s Concertino for Violin, Viola and Strings, spotlighting Arden (viola) and Basill (violin) and selected string players of the Lake Forest High School Symphony orchestra and the North Suburban Symphony. Ticket prices are $18 for adults; and $10 for seniors/students; children under 12 admitted free with a paying adult. Visit www.northsubsymphony.org.
